Ernie and Margie Smith
70th Wedding Anniversary in Cotton Ernie, son of Boxted Hall Farm Manager and Margie daughter of a Stockman from Great Horkesley, were married in Colchester on 11th July 1946. Both now in their 91st year they remember times were hard but happy and they enjoyed a Wedding Breakfast of fish and chips and apple pudding.
