Tony’s wife, Penny, and family would like to thank all extended family, friends, neighbours and colleagues for the continuing kindness and support shown by them all in telephone calls, visits, cards and letters since Tony’s death.Thanks to all our friends who were able to join us in celebrating Tony’s life.Also, thank you to everyone who so generously donated to the Memorial Fund at the British Heart Foundation in Tony’s name.
