A road was shut and drivers were advised to find alternatives routes after a single-vehicle crash.
The A143 was shut in Stradishall, between Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds, following the collision on Thursday afternoon.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said an overhead electricity pole has been damaged.
Two people were also injured.
In a social media post at about 12.30pm on Thursday, officers advised drivers to find alternative routes.
The road reopened at about 2.30pm.
