A Bury St Edmunds museum is now hosting its largest exhibition based on the works of an internationally acclaimed illustrator.
David Hughes' illustrations and caricatures have been commissioned by The Washington Post, The Times, the New Scientist and many more.
Now he has co-curated an exhibition in Moyse's Hall Museum with the West Suffolk Council called ‘Why Can’t You Draw Something Nice…?”
David said: “I’ve never been so engaged, it’s official, I’m a specimen in a museum. I’m a dinosaur."
With nearly 200 pieces the exhibition explores his illustrations in books, newspapers, and magazines, making this the museum's biggest exhibition.
The exhibition also features David's pandemic journals and sculptures.
Moyse’s Hall is run by West Suffolk Council who aim to support the residents' mental health and wellbeing.
Cllr Ian Shipp, cabinet member for leisure and culture at West Suffolk Council said: "One of the things that makes West Suffolk such a great place to live and work is our strong mix of leisure, culture and heritage.
"With such a huge array of work, some of which has never been on display before, this exhibition is not to be missed."
People would be able to visit the exhibition till the May 12.
