A chef who has run a Michelin star restaurant for more than 25 years will be returning to a Suffolk food festival later this year to display his skills.
Galton Blackiston, known for TV shows Yes Chef, Saturday Kitchen and Great British Menu, will take to the stage in the Stoves Cookery Theatre for Our Bury St Edmunds Food & Drink Festival.
Earlier this year, Mr Blackiston, who champions seasonal produce, celebrated his restaurant Morston Hall, near Holt in north Norfolk, retaining its Michelin star status for its 25th year.
Mr Blackiston will be giving three demonstrations at the free admission event and he will share his biggest tips and tricks with foodies to give the audience the edge in the kitchen.
In between his cookery displays, there will also be presentations from local businesses.

He added: "It’s a testament to the quality of food and drink businesses in the town centre that so many of them are also playing a part at the festival.
"While we can’t put every one of them on the stage, throughout the weekend there is a good number taking a stall to immerse themselves in everything the two days have to offer.”
The two-day event will also feature a range of stalls selling food from around the world, including the award-winning English Whisky Company, which will feature for the first time, along with stalls selling Hungarian street food and Caribbean sauces.
