The East Anglian Daily Times and Ipswich Star is once again on the hunt for 30 inspirations under 30 year olds from Suffolk from the last year.
From determined campaigners and young heroes to those who have had to fight against the odds, this publication is looking for 30 young people who have made a difference and inspired others.
It has been two years since the last 30 under 30 piece, with previous editions having names such as Ipswich Town Women star and all-time top goalscorer Natasha Thomas, Newcastle and England goalkeeper Nick Pope and campaigner Daniel Jillings, who since the last edition has gone on to be instrumental in getting British Sign Language to be taught in schools.
Do you know someone who you feel should be on the list? Nominations are open and can be submitted via the form below or by email to tom.cann@newsquest.co.uk.
Please include your name, the name of your nominee, their age, a short paragraph about what they have done and a picture.
The full list will be revealed later this month on the East Anglian Daily Times and the Ipswich Star.
