A restaurant has been named as a finalist in a top food award for the third year in a row.
Karl Hollingsworth opened Amigos in Bury St Edmunds in 2016 after years working as a chef at a former Mexican restaurant in the town.
The restaurant has been named as a finalist in the Food Awards England 2024 with a nomination for Mexican Restaurant of the Year (Midlands).
It is the third year in a row the Suffolk restaurant has been shortlisted for the award, which it won back in 2022.

Sharing the news of the nomination on social media, Mr Hollingsworth said: "Big news! We have made it through to the finals of the Food Awards England for the third consecutive year.
"Thank you to all you amazing customers who have already voted for us. We can't be more grateful to you."
Bistro on the Quay and Trongs in Ipswich, as well as The Friendly Loaf in Nowton, have also been named as finalists in the awards.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony on October 7.
