A married couple from Suffolk have appeared in court for allegedly entering a house with imitation guns.
Before Suffolk Magistrates’ Court on Monday were Lee and Hannah Wallis, both aged 33 and of Bardwell Road, Barningham.
The pair are accused of aggravated burglary with fake handguns and grievous bodily harm.
The offence is said to have taken place in Barningham on January 17 this year and both defendants are said to have entered a house with a bat and imitation guns which they used to threaten the alleged victim.
No plea was taken.
The hearing was adjourned to be heard Ipswich Crown Court due to the seriousness of the offence.
The defendants were bailed and expected to appear for a plea and trial preparation hearing in October.
