A yellow weather warning for heavy rain and thunderstorms in Suffolk has been issued by the Met Office.
The warning is in place from 10am to 10pm on Tuesday.
This comes as the Met Office confirmed this week that remnants of Hurricane Kirk, which caused catastrophic damage to parts of the United States, could bring wind speeds of up to 40mph to parts of the Suffolk coast.

Travel could be affected across East Anglia with poor driving conditions, and rail and bus services could be cancelled.
Motorists are being advised to avoid driving, if possible, but if it is necessary they are being urged to slow down, use main roads, use dipped headlights and leave a larger gap between the car in front.
The Met Office is warning that flooding of homes and businesses is possible and some communities could be cut off as roads flood.
It also warns of a small chance of fast-flowing or deep floodwater causing danger to life.
Car owners have also been asked not to park vehicles in flood-risk zones.
The warning has also been issued for London, South West England and parts of the West and East Midlands.
