A major Suffolk route has been closed following a single-vehicle crash.
Emergency services were called to the A143 in Barnardiston, near Haverhill, at about 7.35am on Friday.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said a car had crashed into a tree.
The road is currently closed in both directions while emergency services attend the scene.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service has been called to assist with freeing a person from the vehicle.
The extent of any injuries is not yet known.
There are long delays in the area according to the AA Traffic Map.
