A driver was fined following concerns of antisocial driving in a Suffolk town.
Police were called to Skyliner Way and Moreton Hall in Bury St Edmunds on Friday evening to reports of multiple vehicles being driven in an antisocial manner.
On arrival, officers stopped the drivers and discussed their behaviour with them.
One driver was issued with a section 59 notice for their manner of driving.
A Section 59 warning gives police powers to stop a person from driving where vehicles have been used in a manner to cause alarm, distress or annoyance.
Another driver was given a fixed penalty notice for breaching a public space protection order.
A public space protection order prohibits certain antisocial behaviour in designated public spaces.
An order was made by West Suffolk Council in 2021 after repeated concerns about engine revving and car racing in the Moreton Hall area.
The recent incident comes after a dispersal order was also put in place for the A134 Fornham Bypass and Moreton Hall estate earlier this year due to antisocial driving.
A Suffolk police spokesman said: "This remains a current policing priority."
