A major road has reopened after it was closed for three hours due to a police incident.
Suffolk Police closed the A14 in both directions between J43 at Bury St Edmunds and J44 in Moreton at around 5am today.

Shortly after 5.20am, National Highways East advised that J43 had reopened but the road was still closed in both directions within J44 at Moreton, near Bury.
Drivers experienced delays as traffic was diverted via the exit and entry slip roads at the junction.
The incident was resolved by 8am, and all closures on the A14 within J44 have now been removed.
Suffolk Constabulary has been approached for comment.
